ABOUT US

Our History

The CoP-RCORP Consortia originally came together when Ohio University’s Voinovich School of Leadership and Public Affairs and the Pacific Institute for Research and Evaluation (PIRE) supported five Ohio Counties to submit two $200,000 grants from the Health Resources and Service Administration (HRSA) in the U.S.

Our Approach

In Ohio, efforts to increase capacity and sustainability at the local level use a community of practice model.  A community of practice (CoP) is a group of people who share a craft or a profession.

Our Consortium

Because the master consortium in Ohio uses a shared services and community of practice approach, it is important to detail how each of the five community leaders and local consortia interact and receive these shared services.
